Paypal scam and Gesert

I received an email from paypal on my gmail account. First off it didnt look right and I only have one paypal account, and its on another email.
It gave a URL and this came up:

Also Gesert’s site has been suspended. I was just made a user there, so I think someone could of planned it. I become user and they reported his site. I dont know. I hope its not deleted, it was an awesome site.
